  Managing a mixed infrastructure of Exchange 2007/Exchange 2010 comprised of CAS, HT, Edge, and MB servers as well as ISA servers to support OWA/Active Sync, BES for BlackBerry servers, and Citrix for Citrix-based e-mail access. The infrastructure consisted of Windows 2008 servers as base operating for half of Exchange 2007 servers, whereas Exchange 2010 environment was completely on Windows 2008 R2 and AD 2008. Cloud infrastructure Platform which runs under Hyper-V technology and consists different applications including Exchange 2010, Cortex Control Panel, TMG, SQL, and SCOM. Liaise between support department and other critical groups, such as Security for BrightMail External Gateway and EMC SAN storage. • Led on-time and on-budget execution of Legacy Exchange migration to Exchange 2007. • Transitioning 40,000 users from Exchange 200x to 2007 without significant downtime or service disruption. • Supported in a “Private Cloud” project for the organization and migration process for the Messaging System from on-premise to Exchange 2010 based private cloud. • Preparing Exchange 2007/2010 Disaster Recovery documentations. • Support Designing, testing, installing Cloud platform exchange 2010 and related applications. • Presently Design and support Exchange 2010 Cloud based Disaster Recovery and Site Resiliency. • Frequently support Cloud based email services for STC and STC affiliates including VIVA Bahrain. • Planning to bring more customers to provide Cloud email Services. • Work with different Projects including Disaster Recovery and Site Resiliency, Upgrading Exchange 2010 to SP2 and migrate around 35000 from stc employees and 1500 for VIVA Bahrain. • Defining software, hardware and network requirements • Determine IT requirements, Define the scope of a project •Garnered continuous performance improvement and quality technical results via mentoring and coaching support department engineers.
