  1- Mixing of drilling fluids systems, Chemicals trial test follow up of new products approved from aramco2- Lab Testing Mud Parameters and Maintain mud parameters according to the drilling program.3-Update well information and reporting to the client.4-Good arrangement of chemical yard as per safety roles(flammable ,inflammable, corrosive, and reactive materials) and keep chemicals in good conditions to avoid chemical damaging 5-Estimates mud materials and chemicals required for drilling each phase per well program 6-Ensures that adequate stock of mud chemicals is available on the Rig.7-Signs the loading notes for the mud chemicals received from the stores after checking the quality and quantity of these materials.8- Update daily chemicals inventory according received/used chemicals 9-Update the weekly Mud Report based on the mud chemicals received /used, daily.10-Complete Mud Cost Report and the Mud Materials used and transferred.12-Reporting all data in Mud Report in addition to monitoring on daily basis the efficiency of Solids Control Equipment to drilling supervisor 13- LGS, HGS Daily reporting.16- Daily estimated mud cost for consuming chemicals & interval mud cost for every drilling section-Drilled Shallow, Vertical, Horizontal and HPHT Deep Wells (up to 25,000 ft) (exploration, oil,gas,water injection wells)-Milling casing - Well clean up and completion-Mixing Special pills for Prevent stuck pipe, lose circulation, bit balling, torque and Drag preventing pill- drilling overbalanced formation section.mud types :Water base mud A- Spud Mud,B- KCL Polymer Mud, C- KCL-Glycol system ,D- Lignosulfonate Polymer Mud E- Gypsum Mud,F- NaCL polymer mud ( LSND or Drill in fluid as non_damage Drilling fluid weighted w/marble, G- Salt saturated Mud,H- CACL2 Mud System,I-Well clean andCompletion fluids- -Emulsion mud-oil Base mud
