Jul 2017 - Apr 2018
I conducted a research project on modelling and analysis of Gas Turbine Blade, utilising SolidWorks to construct a model, and ANSYS Workbench Software for the analysis. I performed static, thermal and coupled analysis on the blade, as well as undertook several calculations, considered 3 different materials for the input including multiple parameters to conclude the best material. Whilst providing technical solutions feedback, I completed project mechanical design, constructed and performed complex component tests.

Apr 2016 - May 2017
I participated in ESVC, a green event organised by ISIE, one of the biggest Solar Kart Championships held in India every year. Not only did I develop the process with thorough analysis of various parameters involved in fabricating the whole vehicle, but also conduct analysis and simulation to verify engineering designs. Besides applying PDCA for continuous improvement, I employed Lean Manufacturing Principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. I negotiated with multiple vendors to select the suitable supplier in consideration with costs. This also meant I managed to procure and transport all materials in single flow to save costs. I conducted an extensive evaluation of results of analysis, modelling and experimentation.
