  I have been involved in 138 training courses on UN Peacekeeping Operations conducted at BIPSOT, a leading peacekeeping training centre in the world. My experience includes working as invited training expert in Integrated Training Support (ITS) Team and Global Peace Operation Initiative (GPOI) Team in conducting specialized courses both at BIPSOT and at overseas Peacekeeping Training Institutes. I delivered a good number of specially designed training courses to Military Observers, Staff Officers, Logistic Officers, Civil-Military Coordination Officers, Contingent Commanders and Peacekeeping Instructors. Besides, preparing Bangladeshi peacekeepers through mission specific pre-deployment training (PDT) prior to deployment in the mission area I also designed, planned and conducted thematic courses on Protection of Civilians and Women, Peace & Security that are core issues of present day UN PKO. Setting training scheme, developing relevant lesson plan, delivering training, coordinating field exercises and evaluating imparted training were my core duties as an Instructor at BIPSOT. I was invited by ITS of DPKO to perform as facilitator for the ITS sponsored United Nations Training of Trainers (UNToT) Course on Protection of Civilians (POC) in Buenos Aires in November 2011. I was also invited by ITS to work in the team of Instructors once ITS conducted POC ToT Course at BIPSOT in June 2012. Later in November 2012, I conducted the POC course as lead instructor at Argentine Joint Forces Peacekeeping Training Centre in Buenos Aires on invitation from the Govt. of Argentina.
