This work was small to medium projects that supported an independent lifestyle. 2009 - 2012: Registered Training Organisation (RTO), College Manager key responsibilities Government Audit Compliance, Strategic Growth of RTO student enrolments, and day to day operations of the school.

  Okay, I confess! I didn't work from the day I was born... I was growing up in a dynamic and successful family business of an expanding wholesale production plant nursery supplying to national chain stores. Later our family would open our own busy retail garden-center outlet and I would spend time between the wholesale production / trade and then the retail environments to learn, be supported and help the family. This was also a great time to practice entrepreneurial tendencies! It gave me an opportunity to see how two different systems get a 'seed' to a 'smiling face at the sales counter'. There is a unique view of life when you're a kid on a farm and a teenager in a bustling world of business and nature.
