Raise the concerns to the Contractor prior to the local authorities Inspection. • Effectively managing & Executing the Fire protection Systems construction work progress by monitoring the site progress in line with the project documents/schedule and highlighting shortfalls, coordinating with sub-contractors for the mitigation measures, ensuring quality assurance & quality control. • Responsible for managing the Site execution team, preparing inspection requests after installation. Providing guidance and direction to the site Engineer’s ensure consistency and maintaining adequate performance standards. Also responsible for ensuring the quality of works executed at site for compliance to specification and codes. • Co-ordinate the approval of modifications with the Client • Responsible for arranging workshop meetings to resolve technical and coordination issues with our internal team and Client’s Engineering Team, and Designers. • Plan, hold and record regular meetings on site with the site personnel: such as Coordination and Planning meetings. • Provide final approval of As-Built drawings submitted by the Contractor. • Ensure work is in conformance to the contract, approved plans and specifications
