International Logistics management: - Manage the full import process from purchase order to delivery of containers to warehouse. - Checks of the original documents received from the bank and suppliers. - Communicate with the suppliers for discrepancies in shipping documents and other concerns. - Book, Track and define status of incoming shipments, schedule pickup in the origin, manage documentation processes with Shipping agents, ensure preparation of pre-approval of shipments, follow up with Customs clearance agent to release the goods. - Arrange all the relevant documentation and the internal filing system to comply with companies policies. - Communicate with transportation company to make schedule for upcoming containers. - Well known usage of different Customs online tools, FAHAS, SABER to prepare and submit relevant documents. Regulatory Affairs: - Comprehensive understanding & experience in import regulations to the country related to consumer goods. - Proven experience in import registration in SAUDI FOOD AND DRUG AUTHORITY.
