Backed by a strong scientific background, I guided development of medical and marketing strategies that maintained scientific integrity while achieving organizational goals. Fostering strong cross-functional teamwork to successfully present Pfizer’s late-stage compounds to McKesson, I played a key role in earning Pizer products a vital role in McKesson oncology treatment protocols. I expanded operations by identifying and vetting new sites for company-sponsored trials spanning the US Northwest, spreading clinical trial accrual while efficiently completing phase II trials. In an effort to provide clients the best possible service and establish Pfizer as a leading competitor, I developed and implemented product training to ensure sales colleagues fully know and understand the Pfizer product line. My top accomplishments include guiding ISR activities for the Northwestern USA region resulting in the earning of 10’s of IIS contributing to novel congress abstracts and journal publications which in turn promoted the visibility of Pfizer in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. I also lead the revitalization of marketing strategies for launching Pazopanib for renal cell carcinoma by developing strategic insights through analysis of competitor data and collaborating cross-departmentally with marketing, sales, and medical departments.
