■ QMS Management- Planning and executing system, process and product audits as well as assisting Corporate Quality with supplier audits- Carrying out Supplier Evaluations with data from incoming inspections, audits, deliveries etc. - Monitoring the relevant standards and ensuring that the QMS is up-to-date to comply with changes - Constantly analyzing the processes, procedures, instructions etc. and making revisions when necessary - Defining KPIs and yearly targets; periodical monitoring of the KPIs and planned measures - Overseeing qualification (using CAPS software) of the employees and planning/executing relevant training ■ Advance Quality Planning - Managing the relevant tasks in Product and Process Development phases and ensuring that the required documentation is available - Monitoring change management and relevant tasks - Carrying out PPAP/PPF procedures for the customers, such as BMW, Daimler, VW/Audi, Ford etc.■ Serial production - Monitoring failure rates and costs - Coordinating improvement actions - Failure analysis and problem-solving with the appropriate methods (5-Why, Ishikawa, A3 Problem Solving etc.) - Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints; providing solutions and 8D reports ■ Achievements - IATF 16949 was implemented in Gölcük within a short time.
