My duty was to establish Envirocon CP Dubai branch, to penetrate the market and to become the leading supplier for all of our different products ranges (Admixture for concrete, Tile fixing, Repairing mortar, waterproofing, Flooring products and pozzolanic cementitous products). Area Manager – Qatar November 2011 – November 2014 In its efforts to expand into new markets, Envirocon CP sought to establish a presence in the Qatari market which set a unique combination of challenges. Setup to start from the ground up including relationship with local agent, pre-sales, marketing & sales and operations. Responsibilities & Deliverables Spearhead operation establishment in Qatar, conducting early market analysis, surveys and assessments. Direct responsibility to the performance of the business unit including Sales, and Collection. Suggest advertising & promotional objectives and implementation of such in line with the company objectives. Assists in determining the product range and selling prices within the relevant groups and setting priority strategies. Recommend, supervise, approve and implement products rationalization.
