  Projects:1. Traditional Build Seven Bedroom House. All aspect of Brickwork and Groundwork’s. Flemish Bond, house built entirely of Hand Made, Brick Kiln Facings. Bricks were extremely porous and brick cuts were completed on site. Extensive attention to detail. Ashdown Forest, Sussex. 2. Five Bedroom House renovation and extention. Jacking up external walls and re-building externals and cavity walls. Brickwork from DPC to plate height. Extensive works to Externals including introduction of Steelwork and re-weathering. Hartfield, East Sussex. 3. Specialist Subcontractor Role - Chimney Flu Testing for Berkeley Group and Thakeham Homes Ltd.4. Specialist Subcontract Role - Undertaking remedial works to New-build Housing developments. Correction works relating to Improper Cavity Tray placement & Water Ingress. Also replacing damaged Lintels and installing steelwork for Show-homes. Diagnosis (Survey of property) through to problem rectification. 5.
