Service Delivery Manager
-
Nov 2017 - Present
This roll requires me to ensure that support requests are met within all Service Level Agreements. To do so I must delegate and assign appropriate engineers to different jobs, analyzing the difficulty of particular parts of the work as well as supporting them with any tasks where required. I will also highlight any needed areas of internal development and work closely with the engineers until this has been completed.

Lead Technical Engineer
-
Nov 2016 - Nov 2017
This roll required me to be an escalation for the service engineers on-site and on the help desk. I worked on network and infrastructure based issues, as well as Windows server configuration and maintenance. I was tasked with supporting the other engineers, often on-site or through remote access methods.

Technical Service Engineer
-
Nov 2015 - Nov 2016
As a technical Service Engineer for Tri Computers, I was given the responsibility of looking after my own sites, as well as working on the IT help desk. As an Engineer I was able to complete more complex tasks, and work closely with my line managers advising on larger projects. I was able to apply the knowledge I'd learnt from my Windows Server & Windows Mobility qualifications in real life set ups. During this time I also completed placements at three of our sites, securing ongoing support contracts at each of them. Show less

Support Technician
-
Nov 2014 - Nov 2015
As a support technician my primary focus was to develop my skills, and apply myself to any task given to me. I tried to involve myself in more complex tasks, shadowing my seniors, and complete every request to the best of my ability. I had a genuine interest in my field which greatly helped me to get the most out of the hours of study and lab practice. All study was completed in my own time, and self taught, using any resources I could obtain.
