  I grew and led and unified an international agile software development team spread across 5 countries, designing and building secure data collection, processing, analysis and visualisation applications to support global programmes of tens of thousands of projects. I was responsible for all in house and client facing technology and information initiatives across 15 global offices, 500 employees, 40 global programmes. I evolved new client propositions including a positional and directional IoT sensor infrastructure for nationwide asset tracking to stem data sensitive equipment losses in excess of $2m per year.
