      Program Manager for setting up a number of dance workshops working towards establishing a new dance company for Aboriginal youth from Perth, Western Australia. The project will be in partnership between Australia's premier dance organisation plus that of a highly respected community organisation.       Hartley Williams is a Noongar man who comes from the southern region of Western Australia. Hartley commenced his training with the National Aboriginal Islander Skills Development Association College (N.A.I.S.D.A), completing a Certificate in Dance in 1993. Hartley has studied at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (W.A.A.P.A) and the London Contemporary Dance School. Hartley Williams is an all round dancer who has sound knowledge in all styles of dance, Traditional Mainland, Contemporary and Torres Strait Islander. To assist in his studies, Hartley also traveled to remote Indigenous Communities, including Ernabella (Central Australia), the Torres Strait Islands (North of Queensland Australia) and Lombadina (North of Western Australia).
