I was part of 1947 Partition project coordinated by Laxmi Mittal South Asia Institute, Harvard University in collaboration with Harvard Business School, FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, Harvard Kennedy School, T.H. Chan School of Public Health wherein I interviewed many people about their experiences and the changes they encountered in their life when they migrated to India during partition .
