Harsha supported the ASIC bring up and the overall Power Line Communications firmware development. He is one of the best firmware development engineers that I had the pleasure to work with. He is fun to work with and will never let the team down. I find him honest and results oriented. I wish him all the best and truly feel that he is a great asset to any group or company that he is associated with.

Warren Buffett once said he looks for three things in a person he is considering hiring – intelligence, energy, and integrity. Harsha has an abundance of all three traits…plus a sense of humor. Harsha did a great job at Enphase and was always passionate about solving problems and fixing things. There were many nights where I thought I was the last one in the office but was surprised to find Harsha still in the lab, diligently working on a problem. Harsha is dedicated to his craft and is always hungry to learn and add new skills to his toolbox. During his stay at Enphase I witnessed his transformation from an automated test developer to an embedded firmware engineer. Harsha was not one to take shortcuts and constantly picked up valuable debugging capabilities along the way as well. Harsha is also the consummate team player. There were many occasions where we would get handed a high priority interrupt (bug ticket or field issue) and Harsha never hesitated to throw himself into the fray to help. He is extremely patient and went out of his way to work with others from either his team or other internal teams to get things done. He is open, honest, transparent and respectful with his colleagues. These days you hear a lot of lip service about team work and attitude, but Harsha is the real deal. You will not find a better team player nor will you find someone with a more

I worked with Synapse's diverse clients to bring about the best technical decisions to suit their product needs. This goes down as an invaluable experience in designing, developing and verifying consumer electronics software at various stages of product development. Also, a year and a half of collaborating with some of the best product development talent in the Silicon Valley.
