Harsha has superior leadership skills balanced with an ability to be one with the team. He is an excellent communicator and can hold his audience spellbound with his depth of subject matter expertise. I remember that he did not buckle under pressure, was very driven and a self starter, a 'can do' person who enjoyed problem solving. I commend his persuasive skills and his sense of humor, especially at times when organizing fun activities got tedious. He was a joy to work with, and when I had Harsha on the Adventure Interest Group (AIG) team, I knew I had someone resourceful and determined, who I could count on to deliver beyond expectations. Harsha is a natural leader who is able to carry the team with him and work his way to earning their respect and admiration. ~ An example of Harsha's resourcefulness, high initiative, love for life, people, the outdoors and adventure! He managed to obtain topography (topo!) maps from a library or archive on loan, to ensure that we were well-equipped and well-informed about our precise coordinates on Planet Earth and better able to appreciate the terrain. Harsha was leading a trek, from what I recall, and an expert at deciphering and interpreting topo maps. That's Harsha for you! Need I say more! ~ Thank you, Harsha, for the memories! Best wishes.

Harsha is an inspirational manager and commands respect from his team and customers through an exceptional encyclopedic knowledge of the energy industry in the UK and in India. He is brave and will stick to his guns in the face of less informed opinion. He has been fundamental to the new business that Enzen has won in many difficult areas. He has a very operational view when things don't go so well and problems get resolved in a very calm and matter of fact way. He leads by example and would not ask anyone to do a task that he wouldn't undertake himself. I am very proud to be on Harsha's team. Outside of work we have had some amazing conversations that have been intellectually challenging and have covered very wide ranging topics. Harsha will always be a trusted friend for the rest of my working life.
