• Oversee team members in means and method procedures and facilitate a healthy and clear understanding as to the scope and plan for projects. • Develop project/construction schedules, monitor progress and identify areas of concern using scheduling software like MS project and Primavera. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Prepare Structural plans, Structure details, typical sections, cost estimates and specifications for various design projects using software like AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, MS office, Adobe etc. • Perform detailed structural calculations using structural software like ENERCALC, RAM, STAAD etc. • Review contractor supplied shop drawings. • Manage/Perform 3rd party inspections for construction jobs and prepare reports. • Prepare As-Built report/plans after construction. • Schedule & Perform field reconnaissance in support of Structural/Geotechnical explorations and complete written reports. • Prepare RFP documents for subcontracts. (Includes proposal requests, reviews, negotiations etc.) • Schedule Geotech drilling for sub-surface exploration to extract soil samples for private, county, DOT projects. • Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals.
