I assisted the Event Head with pre and post-event logistical planning and implementation required to operationally deliver the event. Overlooking 4 events during the fest with 16 men and 10 women teams participating. Disbursing Matchday kit, fixture schedules, and overseeing other onsite tasks were part of the role.
