My role was to make sure that all employees were familiar with the 'Ascot Way', which is a guidance document on how to provide excellent customer service and make every moment count for our guests each day. This role also included ensuring that all employees knew and understood the extremely important safety and evacuation information, along with the location of their welfare areas and gaining feedback on whether or not there were any suggestions as to how Ascot could improve in caring for its employees.
