  Lambert Energy Advisory is a leading boutique M&A house and strategic advisory firm, based in London, operating exclusively in the global energy sector.-- I managed, conducted and presented large parts of LEA’s macro energy market research on topics including global oil supply/demand balance, energy demand outlook, power markets, electric vehicles and geopolitics.-- I was a leading contributor to the development of LEA’s expertise in new energies and sustainability, advising clients on their low carbon strategies and the energy transition.-- I worked on multiple successful upstream M&A processes for clients including Equinor and Shell, where responsibilities included financial valuation, deal structuring, asset screening, transaction suitability for client; counterparty assessment and marketing; sales documentation preparation.-- Built, maintained and updated various financial and industry models for corporate financial analysis (leverage and capital structures; financial/operational ratios etc.),valuation of corporations and assets in M&A processes, and energy market analysis.
