  I completed a summer internship with Wates group, based on there site situated in Chelsea (196-222 Kings Road).During my time there I experienced a wide variety of different departments and aspects of the business however, predominantly focusing on the commercial aspect of the business. I gained a lot of hands on experience through being on site with site managers solving real time problems. I conducted the valuations which in turn lead to the process of communicating with the clients and subcontractors in analysing to what extent of work has been completed and therefore billing and paying them.
