  Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of sales staff and on-site crew which includes training sales team members who have no prior experience in sales to a proficient and more senior level.- Marketing the business through advertising campaigns and the development of brochures to be sent to potential clients.- Answering all telephone and email enquiries including enquiries for high value products and services, such as marquees, venue installs, catering and wedding packages.- Conducting meetings and site visits with Corporate Clients, Private Clients and PTA Groups to understand client budget and brief them on how we can help them through our services.- Account management of all clients from the start of their event during the preparation phases and then right up until and then after the event. - Understanding profit margins of all our stock which then enables discounts during off peak periods and to be as competitive as other companies all year round.- Production manage all major events or at a client’s request by being on site during the installation of the marquee, assisting with the setup of the structure and overseeing the process to ensure exceptional level client satisfaction.- Coordinate and manage the event through the duration of the occasion, supervising all staff to ensure they are correctly fulfilling their duties, and ensuring perfect time management of all parties (e.g. bar staff, caterers, DJ, security, entertainers).- Using Adobe software for the graphic design elements of projects and SketchUp programme to design a 3D layout of the marquee or venue being provided to the client to enable them to visualise the available space and product I am selling.
