Harry was a pleasure to study with. His positive outlook and willingness to work hard are the main characteristics which stand out in his personality. When working on group projects with Harry he was able to to give original and realistic ideas, as well as manage the operations of the project in a controlled and efficient manor. I hope I get the chance to work with Harry again at some point in the future!

At Big Drop I undertake a range of different responsibilities, including: delivering exceptional customer service; enhancing customer experience; developing creative briefs when supporting new product launches and engaging with our consumers at trade events/beer festivals. In this role I am relied on to work independently and manage my own workload to ensure that my deadlines are met. Likewise, I also utilise my excellent communication skills to collaborate with my colleagues and external agencies to ensure that actions are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Show less

At Sitel I have undertaken various different roles including, B2B outbound lead generation campaigns, an inbound customer service advice line and my current role is scheduling the holiday and time off allotments for the Test and Trace agents working remotely. These roles have given me the opportunity to utilise my professional telephone manner, attention to detail and clear written communication skills to deliver a high standard of satisfaction to customers and Sitel employees alike. In the summer break between my 2nd year and 3rd year university studies I worked as a telephone agent for Hidden Hearing. The job entailed, calling from a client CRM database and organising hearing tests for customers and another project that I took part involved telephone surveys. This job gave me great experience in conducting telephone conversations in a business context and working towards personal targets. On my gap year, after I finished my A-Level studies, I started working for the bookmaker William Hill. I undertook a 13 week management course however, I was given the responsibility to run the store on my own prior to that. This gave me experience with managing subordinates and ensuring operations ran efficiently. This augmented my existing skills, as after a few weeks of training I became competent with being responsible for high quantities of money, in store. Relative to this, I had to ensure that all the company's policies concerning holding cash in store was adhered to. Also, within this role, new employees would require on the job training which I undertook. Show less
