  Goodnick is the Strength Club for over 60s that makes you live longer. After noticing our parents weren’t getting any younger, and not doing much to ward off “old age”, we created a Strength Club to help them live longer. Why strength? Because our muscles matter. They’re not just about strength, but posture, mobility, bone and mental health. Research suggests that stronger muscles even reduce the risk of chronic disease. But most of us lose 30% of our muscle mass by the time we hit our 60s. That’s a problem. We all grow older. The trick is doing it well. That’s why we started Goodnick. Since launching in September 2021, we’ve helped nearly 1000 over 60s build their strength, fitness and vitality to keep them living as well as they are today well into the future. Show less

  Founded in 2012, the roots of Señor Ceviche lie in pop-up innovation; just five ceviche dishes and the now-signature Pisco Sour featured on the original menu. In early 2013, I travelled to Peru, where I immersed myself in everything Peruvian, from the back street restaurants of Cusco to the modern restaurants in Lima. Following on from a successful series of pop-ups around the capital, Señor Ceviche has two Peruvian inspired restaurants located in Carnaby and Fitzrovia. Both restaurants serve Peruvian inspired dishes, from fresh ceviches to fiery Peruvian barbecue, served alongside a selection of Pisco based cocktail. Inspired by my time in Peru, Señor Ceviche transports hungry Londoners to the sights, sounds and tastes of the Peruvian capital. Teaming up with a top London designer, the interiors have been designed around the bohemian and artistic streets of Lima’s colonial district, Barranco, home to Lima’s most exciting bars and restaurants.
