Camera Operator/Editor
-
Apr 2013 - Sep 2019
I have worked/studied Media for 4 years and I am very determined to make something of myself in the Media industry, I aspire to be a Camera Operator/Editor one day and I am willing to work my way from the bottom. I have become very intrigued and dedicated to the industry. I have done various different projects and Media has become a huge career aspect of mine. I would like the opportunity to working the Media industry as I believe I can bring a lot to it in terms of my knowledge and determination for the industry. The industry will also give me the experience in which I need to progress my Media career. I have worked in various different roles of the Television and Film industry and by working in all of these roles it made me realise how much I want Television/Film to be my life time career, and not just a job. I would love the opportunity to bring my skills and fresh outlook on the industry, along with learning lots of different aspects throughout the industry, from camera operator to editor or even to a presenter. There are a lot of things that interest me in this industry and I would like the chance to do them all, I am currently working my hardest to keep a fresh mind in the Television and Film industry, by watching lots of different television series and Films, putting myself forward to film for people whether it be live events, weddings, birthdays, christenings or short films etc. Anything that will teach me more, but at the same time allow me to build myself up to do better.

Crew Member

2012 - 2014
I previously worked at McDonald’s as a Crew Member, my role included working on the till which means serving customers and ensuring that they receive their correct order promptly. It also means helping to solve any day-to-day problems that may occur. I also worked in the kitchen, which means cooking the food to order and ensuring that all the procedures such as health and safety and food handling are followed correctly and to the highest standard for the customers and the company. This role also includes closing of the restaurant, which means closing of the machines and ensuring that the restaurant is cleaned following the 4-step method. McDonald’s deals with very multicultural customers and this means being patient and respectful of customers who may not have English as their first language, this also means adapting my behavior for each customer and ensuring that they get what they want every time.
