Collaborated with the Director of Training / Education and Human Resources to develop and implement maintenance training program with a focus on service retention for site personnel. Taught coaching in the moment, career paths, budgeting and forecasting and learning styles. Responsibility for hiring and development of service staff. Provided due diligence input and support on new acquisitions and dispositions throughout the DC Metro area to the investment team.
