As an eCommerce Executive at the realbuzz group, my role was to work closely with both the retail and marketing teams to deliver a successful eCommerce website using Magento. The key responsibilties of my role included: • Managing the products that were visble on the site, including product descriptions, photos and prices • Communicating with the physical realbuzz stores to keep all of their information online accurate and up to date • Assist with the creation of retail emails and homepage changeovers, helping to pick out which products should be pushed to our customers. Some of the eCommerce projects that I worked on were: • Rapid flash sales that required a quick turn around on the website • A complete redesign of the website navigation system Throughout my time at realbuzz my jobs evolved to cover more than just the ecommerce side of the business. It became my responsibility to make sure that any sales that were happening were communicated and actioned in-store and on our POS system, Trims. Following a re-branding, LBM became FBI Consultancy. My job role remained the same and I carried out the same duties as before. When FBI Consultancy Ltd was created, we created brand new social media accounts, meaning that we had to work from scratch to build our followers up from zero.
