As the Business Analyst for the Rostering Best Practice Team, I provided ad-hoc reporting, technology advice and other support to the team, System Performance Support branch, and Ministry. A major part of the role was also maintaining, developing, demonstrating and providing training for the Qlikview Staffing Intelligence Application (SIA), which we provided for executives and senior management of NSW Health's local health districts and other organisations.

Customer Account Manager
-
Aug 2015 - Apr 2016
As the Northern Regions account manager for customers in Aged Care, Manufacturing, Distribution and various Service industries, it was my role to act as customer advocate, advisor and enabler - visiting customers across NSW and QLD to understand their businesses in as much detail as possible and identify ways that Epicor could further add value to their operations, or perform better as a partner to the organisation. This involved a variety of skills including but not limited to: - Effectively documenting existing business processes, project requirements, and sometimes even partially-formed desires, in order to liaise with professional services staff and develop solutions that would add value to existing business operations or enable new ones - Leveraging experience and relationships with key stakeholders to identify potential alignments (or misalignments) between software products and business processes - Answering complex requests for information and submitting proposals for projects on the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars- Coordinating software demonstrations and working as a team with Solutions Engineers and professional services staff in order to present superficially configured 'out of the box' products in the best light, accurately portraying their full potential to the customer before the considerable investment required to realise that potential. - Arranging conferences and meetings with stakeholders from multiple organisations, acting as liaison between our customers and third parties of their choice who would provide software or services to complement our own, performing triage on a high volume of inbound correspondence, and acting upon or delegating customers' diverse requests in an appropriate and timely fashion. Business Development Representative
-
Aug 2014 - Jul 2015
Made contacts at management and executive level in order to learn about the businesses of prospective Epicor customers in Australia and New Zealand. After establishing whether a value proposition might emerge for implementing our best-in-class distribution and manufacturing solutions, I would gather critical information during the initial phases of the discovery process, and provide advice and information regarding Epicor's services and software. During my time with the ANZ BDR team I initiated a variety of morale building and performance improvement measures for the team, significantly improving the team's performance as well as my own. When I left the role and the defacto team leader position I had created, a formal role was established to ensure continuity and continuous improvement. Show less

Had a lot of fun over the summer. Worked with our dispatcher to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of a variety of goods, including high value and confidential materials, across the greater Melbourne area from Calder Park to Dandenong. This included charting routes on-the-fly that would allow for the maximum number of packages en route at one time whilst still meeting our SLAs for delivery time. Due to my skills in this area I was singled out as a highly efficient rider and given priority for high-value and urgent jobs. Show less

Dispatch Clerk and Stock Consolidator
-
2004 - 2012
As a casual employee working full-time hours and also studying, I started out in pick/packing, then moved into 'administrative dogsbody' type roles. These included dispatch consolidation duties as well as general clerical duties, working with the WMS in an administrative capacity, managing consignment notices, maintaining multiple Excel based trackers for operational data outside of the WMS and working with and training other staff on a variety of proprietary software systems. I also spent some time filling in as the dispatch floor coordinator and doing work allocation for the dispatch teams. Show less
