  Number 1 mechanic for Corinium Motorsport. My role is split between days in the workshop and weekends at the race track. In the workshop all pre-race maintained and preparation takes place including full servicing of the cars to ensure they are ready for the next event. whilst learning new skills with electrics, set-up adjustments and elements of fabrication and repairs. At the track I take a lead role in looking after my own vehicle to ensure it is safe and ready to go. I also oversee the other cars being worked on by colleagues and ensure that the required work is complete and everything is safe. I take data from the AIM systems of the car to check all the ECU readings to check for any potential issues. I also review the drivers lap times and traces and coach them on where improvements could be made both through driving style or vehicle set up changes.
