The reviewing process included but was not limited to in-depth risk assessment and analysis, coverage adjustment, property sketching, writing running narratives, reviewing and adjusting an inspector's reports and photographs of a property, etc. • Met weekly with QA branch supervisor and other lead members of IRSi, including other QA Processing teams, Client Relations, and Administration in order to efficiently manage the daily work load, recognize and treat areas in need of improvement within our and our employee's work processes, and create training programs and documentation to better strengthen the skills of the IRSi work force. • Provided weekly reports to administration and QA supervisor regarding all orders in need of QA, with particular focus given to the volume of inspection types, specific orders in need of additional care, and analyzing trends among clients, regions, QA team members, and inspectors. • Trained employees on all inspections types and procedures via personally written and prepared training documents, as well as live training sessions (both in-person and remote). • Would assume the role of QA Supervisor in event of their absence.
