  Deliver general education about the Affordable Care Act and the Health Care Exchange. Assist consumers through the application process, Eligibility determinations, and plan selection. Responsible for referring consumers with appeals, grievances, and complaints to the appropriate agency. Answer Incoming phone calls, set up appointments and greet prospective consumers when they come in to enroll. Conduct and participate in outreach events to promote the Enrollment Assistance Center. Other Duties as assigned.
