Harrison was contracted for a design project on short notice but he absolutely made light work of the tight deadline. The breadth of experience and intelligence he possessed shone throughout this engagement. His attitude and communication skills were also impressive. He was always asking questions to clarify requirements and made changes according to the feedback he got. I'm looking forward to working with Harrison again and I'm sure he will go on to do greater things!

Working with Harrison was a delight. He is ever willing to go the extra mile in getting client satisfaction. I particularly enjoyed the way he simplifies complex user journey into really nice and concise user experience.

Responsibility: Design the corporate portal dashboard used by the company's corporate customers to manage their sales Journal. 1. I was able to achieve this by carrying out ethnography research on users of this portal to have in-depth understanding of their pain points on the previous portal. 2. I designed a lo-fi mockup of the dashboard which made it easier to iterate with the team of developers and get feedback. 3. From the feedback I got on the lo-fi mockup design, I came up with the final design, which provides a better user experience for users of the portal. Conclusion: From this project, I got to understand the importance of providing a smooth experience to users of insurance policies, with easy-to-understand UIs, navigation, and content descriptions.
