  The Site Development Manager position has four areas of responsibility: building permits for new construction, coordinating energy development at farming facilities, land surveying for farming facilities, and coordinating landscape activities at retail properties held by the company. Responsibilities cover 285 stores and 6 farms in 5 states: Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas. Work with the Braum’s family to set annual construction schedules for new store construction and remodeling of existing stores. Developing the annual construction schedule includes identifying and evaluating new real estate to purchase and develop. Successfully manage the A&E contractors to obtain construction plans for submittal to acquire building permits from the appropriate local and state agencies. Work with farm managers, the Braum’s family and energy companies to coordinate energy development for all farming facilities. Responsible for providing land surveying services to the farms in order to develop fields for planting and irrigation, design of water storage and drainage systems and identifying property boundaries for new land purchases.
