    • Graduation Rotation Programme
      • Oct 2016 - 2018

Since October 2016 I have been on the Graduate Rotation Programme at OMD UK. During the past year I have worked in four teams across the agency, doing 3 months in each rotation. I started in the New Business and Marketing Team from October- December. During my time in this team I worked on numerous pitches as well as prospecting and researching future clients. I also independently ran a competitor analysis project which continues to aid teams during the pitch process. From January- March I moved into the Paid Social Team which falls under Digital at OMD UK. Accounts I worked on in Paid Social were Channel 4 and Levis. Furthermore, from April- June I rotated around the Investment floor working in TV, Radio and Print. This gave me a good insight into buying different media for different clients. Finally, from July- September I have been a part of OMD Create working in the Social and Content team on the Royal Caribbean, Eurotunnel and Heinz accounts. This year has been my first experience of working in the media industry. Rotating round the agency has given me a all round understanding of how the industry works and agency life. The skills I have learnt across the different teams will be transferable to any job in Media I take on in the future. Furthermore, I have really enjoyed getting to know so many people from different teams and working on a range of accounts. Show less
