Bio
Christy Iverson MAIPM, CPPM
The CRM (Customer Relationship Mgmt) program Harriet worked on was extremely complex due to the multiple businesses and stakeholders involved. As the project manager, Harriet’s role involved all of the key items a project manager would be across, but what made her stand out was her constant energy and motivation in driving pieces of work till completion. Harriet took ownership of problems, providing options, consulting stakeholders and seeing through to resolution. Her stakeholder management and the ability to engage at all levels was exceptional, developing lasting relationships. It was a real pleasure working with Harriet and if I had the opportunity to work with her again there wouldn’t be any hesitation.
