One of the first Chinese Coach companies in Cairns, Paradise Tour Services, contracted 10-15 tour guides and had a fleet if almost 10 buses. As a driver & tour guide my role was to host small government tour groups from China for upto 3 days. This included accompanying the group on all tours and interpreting all activities and experiences into Chinese language. In the role of office manager I managed the operational duties such as tour bookings, tour guide allocation/ rostering, scheduling coach movements and development of agent relations with the Chinese Inbound agents.
