  QFactorial is a boutique Quality Consultancy based in Hampshire, on the South coast of England. We help businesses create management systems, handling everything from documentation (policies and procedures, etc.) through process optimization, implementation and audits. In the long term, we also help these businesses maintain and improve these systems. In my current role, I build and manage QFactorial’s network of highly skilled associate consultants, am responsible for ethics and sustainability within the company, manage the QFactorial brand, and liaise with our lovely, and usually local suppliers. Wearing many hats / spinning many plates / being a Jill of all trades is par for the course when you’re helping run a family business, and I love all the many facets of my job.

  Starting as a Saturday girl working through College and University as an Optical Assistant, I progressed to full time, Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles across my 10-year tenure with the company. I have held management positions in key stores including: · Guildford: a store in the top 20 sales turnovers for the whole company necessitating a target and results driven approach. · Cranleigh: a recently converted opposition store acquired in a company merger needing tactful management and training. · Basingstoke: twin stores in the same town sharing a management team which required flexibility and careful resource management.   I Am Alice Productions was founded on the back of the success of it's founder's first screenplay (A Darker Shade of Red) which won 4* at the British International Amateur Film Festival 2011. Wanting to continue this success, IAA is a local production company looking at working with local talent creating short films.IAA, much like it's namesake, is a quirky, independant production company specialising in short films - Alice pushes the boundaries of what can be done, it tells stories with a gritty realism and a passion for empathy that leave the audience gripped. Looking for writers, for actors, for directors and producers.
