Manging and retesting defects that come out of the process before functionality is moved into the production instance of our Salesforce org.  Started to automate regression packs using a salesforce specific automation tool called Provar (using Java) to ensure these automated tests are maintainable in the future and are scheduled to run via CI tool on demand.  Translating requirements and specifications into documented test plans  Reviewing requirements and design documents for testability (static testing) including Code reviews  Writing and executing test scripts (manual and automated)  Develop Automation Testing frameworks (from scratch and using tools such as TestComplete)  Ensure test frameworks are embeded into pipelines (where appropriate)  Using Java and C# as a core development language with Selenium Webdriver  Functional and exploratory testing  Managing, prioritising and escalating defects and risks  Forming relationships with Business Analysts/subject matter experts to ensure test specification is appropriate and provides desired coverage  Supporting User Acceptance Testing execution  Responsible for mentoring / coaching members of the team.  Working in a fast, dynamic environment ensuring high quality deliverables to the end user and organisation.
