Harold introduced himself to me at NKCSD in 2005 as came on board with Konica Minolta. They did not have any contracts with us, but Harold made an effort to build a relationship with and get to understand our needs and processes. It was successful in earning the award the next time we did a solicitation for equipment and services. He stayed in contact with us, monitoring service and keeping us apprised of new technologies and services as they came to market so we would be ready for the future. I highly recommend Harold as a partner with your agency or organization.
