  During my term of work in SP, I worked on the Authentic Group-based Industrial Learning Experience (AGILE) curriculum. It is a new curriculum in which SP students learn via working on real-life industry projects.I led a team of students in developing a website for the Health Sciences Authority. My responsibilities include managing the communications with the client, and SP, ensuring that the development is on schedule, providing consultations to SP and the client, and ensuring that the website is deployed.On top of my main responsibility, I led another team within my department. We developed integral Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Project Acquisition, development and handover phases.I also led and developed the AGILE Project-Competency Management System (PCMS). The system will be used by lecturers to automate the matching of Projects to students, as well as project management and grading. The system employs the usage of the Skills Future Skills Framework.
