Primary responsibilities include weekly school visits and leadership coaching for a subset of schools, facilitation of quarterly data retreats for district team members, and oversight of external partners.

Supervision and evaluation of the Office of Curriculum and Instruction, including 6 curriculum supervisors and 4 instructional cadre. Primary responsibilities included the oversight of curriculum adoption, curriculum implementation, and development/delivery of professional learning activities K-12.

Support and supervision of schools identified by the state as “under improvement” (i.e. Priority and Focus Schools). Primary responsibilities included leadership coaching to support school leaders in instructional leadership, resource allocation/management, and talent development; exited three schools from turnaround status.

Communication and modeling of the school vision and mission, collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders, including staff, students, families, and community members, to establish an instructional framework, and revamp school-wide PBIS to create a safe, welcoming, and academically engaging environment. Primary responsibilities included school success planning, professional development planning, monitoring instruction, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholder groups.
