Clients:- The Lott - Australia's Official Lotteries - UBET- Stadiums Queensland- The GabbaJoining GPY&R as an Account Executive has provided me with a multitude of experience in both traditional and contemporary advertising mediums. Working as part of a small team on one of the agency's largest accounts has led me to handle national TVC, Radio, Digital, Print, POS, OOH, DM and Social campaigns from inception to market. My role requires a holistic view of multiple campaigns across various agency departments while managing tight time frames and client expectations. Each day provided a new opportunity to learn from a seasoned team in Brisbane's leading creative agency. Typical activities include:- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client;- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;- Attending TVC shoots;- Attending TVC and Radio recording sessions;- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;- Writing creative, studio, digital, print and broadcast briefs within the agency;- Undertaking administrative tasks and arranging meetings;- Pitching new work to clients;- Managing the material dispatch instructions for national OOH providers.
