The total construction volume of this project (excluding wind towers) is 239 millions New Taiwan Dollar (approximately $7.7 millions USD) with completion envisaged in 2021Key Achievement and Tasks- Led the progress meeting with client and sub-consultants, improved the effectiveness and efficiency of overall project.- Prepared progress report and monitored the master time schedules.- Completed RAMs report for site survey works.- Coordinated and led the vertical project organisation.

“Sanying” 三鶯線捷運統包工程 MRT Turnkey Project at ‘Tucheng’ District, New Taipei City, Taiwan.This is an extension line of the existing blue line ('Bannan Line' 板南線) from the last station (Dingpu Station 頂埔站), with a total route length of 14.29 km. This project consists of 12 elevated stations, 365 number of piers and pier-cap, 222 number of pre-stressing U-girders ( Precast and Cast in-situ), 45 number of steel box girders, 50 number of continuous steel box girders, 24 number of cast in-situ continuous cantilever girders, 3 number of continuous steel arch bridge and 1 concrete arch bridge. Construction volume is approximately $34 Billion NTD ($1.1 Billion USD) with a 30-months schedules for detail design work.Key Achievements and Tasks - Designed 25m and 27m spans precast U girders by utilising MIDAS and SAP2000- Designed 33m to 34m steel box girders by utilising SAP2000 and prepared detail drawings- Designed the expansion of 32m I girder Highway Bridge beside the MRT lines by utilising SAP2000 and prepared detail drawings.- Designed 120m concrete arch bridge by utilising CSI Bridge and prepared detail drawings.- Designed 22m to 35m cast in-situ U girder by utilising MIDAS and SAP2000.- Prepared all the relevant design calculation reports and quantities takes off.- Led the progress meeting with contractors, sub-consultants and colleagues.- Led the bi-weekly design meeting with oversea engineers from company branches in Thailand. - Successfully guided and coordinated with oversea engineers to ensure their designs and tasks in lines with us and comply with local Taiwan Specification Codes.- Implemented and completed the optimisation design for all the bridges with CECI, the local largest consulting firm in Taiwan.
