      Started as the Residential manager for the Central PA market for the first have of the stay with in Camphill. Then move to Fleet Manager and was charged with the maintenance for the Fleet, Equipment, and Facilities for the Camphill location. It was the largest location and oldest equipment on the east coast at the time. Installing the new maintenance software and correcting the inventory issue along with training the technicians on the new system and correcting the PM schedule to be compliant were big accomplishments.
