  I receive dispatches through a software package called Service Center. I contact the customer and schedule an onsite visit. On arrival, I immediately connect to the home office remote system through an internet connection and log my arrival time. I deftly locate the problems onsite and make any repairs needed. I skillfully run a system test to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and log the call ticket and move to the next branch office. I proficiently handle 2 to 3 calls per day, helping employees who have begun working remotely, to connect and operate their computer via Remote Access Software.

Typical days consisted of preparing equipment and pilots for upcoming jobs.
