  Presently Working as a Relationship Manager in Vodafone Enterprise Collection. ❒ Handling National Corporate (NC) accounts ensuring satisfactory resolution to customer queries regarding month billing & other billing related Concern. ❒ Responsible for billing related query GST related query (Basic Knowledge of GST). ❒ Ensuring maximum collection with minimize the bad debt amount also maintain monthly projection on Collection & Bad debt. ❒ Currently handling billing for Companies like (Pine Lab, Sensorise, Escorts Auto Ltd, ATS Greens, Naukri.com (Info Edge), Oberoi Group & Resorts Hughes Communication etc. as a Relationship Manager and responsible for billing and other billing related services. ❒ My core job is providing customer 100% support on monthly billing from the date of generation to collection. ❒ Collection of monthly invoices payments from every corporate accounts, which is allocated for collection on monthly basis. Also responsible for maintaining circle cash flow and reducing enterprise Bad Debts which is (90+ bucket). ❒ Account reconciliation as per requirement, payment related support (Posting Audit & Tracking) with various internal teams. ❒ Service related supports like (Waiver, Plan issues Network Issues IOT/M2M Issues) also part of our daily work. On behalf of customer we do follows on services related issues with our internal team and provide resolutions to customer. ❒ GST Issues (GST Updating Rec Tax credit input) also part of our job. On behalf of customer we update Customer GST number on his each number and also do Recon (GST Audit). ❒ We also responsible for Invoice generation with correct amount & GST (as per customer address). ❒ Using Various Tools Like (CRM, Billing system MIS & Data Base access application) to resolve customer query. ❒ Good Knowledge of VIL applications Like (BCL/AMC/OSSAPPS & VSV).
