Ik leerde Harm kennen bij Railion. Hij straalde een natuurlijke charisma uit. Hij was een duidelijke leider in wording. Hij stond toen al relaxed en sterk in zijn schoenen. In de moeilijke tijden van een reorganisatie liet hij een zaal vol gespannen mensen op een ontspannen manier stil staan bij hun eigen drijfveren. Hij inspireerde me met zijn persoonlijke verhaal over wat hij belangrijk aan zijn werk vond. Ik geloof dat hij nog steeds elke ochtend fluitend naar zijn werk gaat.
