Harkiran found my project via We Make Change and offered to volunteer her time to research and write articles for my author website. She underwent extensive research to write detailed outlines for 4 articles about the UN Sustainable Development Goals #13, 14 and 15 which you can read here: https://jesslohmann.com/sustainable-development-goals-for-nature. She was very pleasant to work with, set and met her own deadlines and delivered the content so that I had no follow-up questions because her research was clearly and precisely formulated and credited. Harkiran is also detailed-oriented and showed project leadership throughout our work together. I'm highly grateful for her contribution.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Harkiran for six months now. She took the initiative and sent an unsolicited application, we had a chat and then developed a brand new role that fit Harkirans skills. I’ve been impressed with her drive, adaptability, pragmatism and willingness to learn. Harkiran has played a key role for our team to lay the foundation for our brand new research team, and if it wasn’t for her interest in combining research and impact, we might not have reached this stage yet. Harkiran has been willing to help us with what we’ve needed done during the past six months, but she’s also given us a new dimension in terms of understanding how we as an organisation can make more impact. That input has been extremely valuable. Furthermore, she's been playing a key role in creating valuable content that educates our followers. I would warmly recommend Harkiran!

This was a two week project where I worked with a team of 5 others (across the whole university) to help Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), an organisation working to reduce/ prevent suicide. We produced a slide deck outlining the areas that CALM should direct their policies to so that their campaigns can be both successful and effective.
