Hari was great to work with. Initially, I was scared because he was replacing an engineer who had been working with me for two years and two years worth of product specific knowledge isn't easy to train, especially at the pace that our applications were being developed. But, to my surprise, Hari fit right in and picked up on everything extremely quickly, even learning some new skills in a short time, making him a large contributor in just a short amount of time. He worked on a number of projects I defined and consistently delivered on expectations, often going above and beyond what was expected. My experience with him mainly involved the frontend of applications we were developing (as we had dedicated backend developers), but he never hesitated to jump into the backend when we were cutting our deadlines close. The frontend was rarely, if ever, the bottleneck once Hari stepped in. Overall, very refreshing to work with Hari and I would highly recommend him in the future and even look forward to maybe one day working with him, again.
